Banner Engineering TM18VP6FF100Q8 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the TM18 series, designed with a background suppression system and housed in a nickel-plated die-cast zinc with an acrylic lens. This sensor is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity and operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It features a threaded mount for installation and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. The TM18VP6FF100Q8 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6, making it suitable for harsh environments. Its M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape is designed for easy integration into various applications. The sensor provides a single digital output (PNP transistor) and has a sensing distance of 100mm. It emits visible red light with a wavelength of 660 nm and responds within 3ms. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON, allowing for versatile application use.
