Banner Engineering TM18AP6FF50IRQ8 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the TM18 series, designed with a background suppression system and housed in a nickel-plated die-cast zinc with an acrylic lens. This sensor is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The TM18AP6FF50IRQ8 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6, making it suitable for harsh environments. Its M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape facilitates easy installation. This sensor features a single digital output (PNP transistor), a sensing distance of 50mm, and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 870 nm for detection. The response time is quick at 3ms (0.003 s), and it operates in a Light-ON mode.
