Red Lion PXU31CE0 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting with an ambient air temperature operation range of 0 to +50°C. It features a 1/4 DIN size (W96mm x H96mm / 3.77" x 3.77"), an IP65 NEMA 4X degree of protection, and operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage. This model includes one user input, RS-485 analog retransmission output, a 4-20mA control analog output, and a secondary relay control output. The display is equipped with 22mm orange and 14mm green digits for clear visibility. It belongs to the PXU PID controllers series and supports a 10Hz analog input sampling rate. Communication is facilitated through an RS-485 protocol. The controller has one digital output (contact type) for secondary control, one analog input that supports various signal types including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mVdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, multiple thermocouple types (T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, L, U, TXK), and RTD with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy. It also features heater current monitoring for protection, one digital input for user input, and one analog output (4-20mA) for main control output.
