Red Lion PXU31C30 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting with an operational ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C and a network frequency of 50/60 Hz. It features a design that includes 1 user input, RS-485 analog retransmission output, 4-20mA control analog output, and a secondary relay control output, all within a 1/8 DIN vertical configuration measuring 48x96mm with 12mm orange/green digits. The supply voltage (AC) is versatile, supporting 100-240Vac across various standard voltages. As part of the PXU PID controllers series, it has dimensions of W49.5mm x H96.5mm (1.89" x 3.77") and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 NEMA 4X. The frequency for analog input sampling is 10Hz, and it uses the RS-485 communication protocol. This controller includes 1 x digital output (contact type) for secondary control, 1 x analog input supporting a wide range of signals including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mVdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, various thermocouple types, and RTD with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy. It also features heater current monitoring for protection, 1 x digital input for user input, and 1 x analog output (4-20mA) for main control output.
