PXU11AB0 Red Lion Industrial Automation Components

Red Lion PXU11AB0 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. It features a 1/16 DIN size (W48mm x H48mm / 1.89" x 1.89"), with an IP65 NEMA 4X degree of protection, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The controller is equipped with 2 user inputs, RS-485 relay control output, and a secondary relay control output, displaying information through 11mm orange and 7mm green digits for clear visibility. It supports a 24Vdc supply voltage and offers a 10Hz analog input sampling rate. Communication is facilitated via an RS-485 protocol. The PXU11AB0 provides one digital output (contact type 250Vac 3A) and one secondary control output (contact type), alongside one analog input that accepts multiple signal types including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mVdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, various thermocouples (T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, L, U, TXK), and RTD, with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy. Additionally, it includes heater current monitoring and two digital inputs for user-defined functions.
