Red Lion PXU100C0 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting with an operational ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C and a network frequency of 50/60 Hz. It features a 1/16 DIN size (48x48mm) with an 11mm orange and 7mm green digit display. The controller is equipped with 2 user inputs, RS-485 relay control output, and a secondary relay control output. It operates on a supply voltage of 100-240Vac, accommodating a wide range of AC inputs. Part of the PXU PID controllers series, it measures 1/16 DIN (W48mm x H48mm / 1.89" x 1.89") and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 NEMA 4X. With a frequency of 10Hz for analog input sampling rate and RS-485 communication protocol, it includes 1 x digital output (contact type 250Vac 3A), 1 x secondary control output digital output (contact type), and 1 x analog input supporting various signal types including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mVdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, multiple thermocouple types (T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, L, U, TXK), and RTD with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy. The controller also features heater current monitoring and 2 digital inputs for user inputs.
