UB10.245 Puls UPS (DC)

PULS UB10.245 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module from the UB-series, featuring an external battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for its connections. It measures W49mm x H124mm x D117mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc with Output 1 providing 15A in normal mode and 10A/15A (360W) in buffer mode. Output 2 delivers 12V; 5A in both normal and buffer modes. Designed for DIN rail mounting, it can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery. It features protection functions against output overvoltage (32Vdc typical / 35Vdc max.) and overload/short-circuit current (min. 17.9A, max. 21A at load impedance). The output voltage is 22.5Vdc and 12Vdc (regulated) in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.975 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W (at 24Vdc) and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 3.4 W at no load and 6 W with a 10A output current at 24Vdc input. Ripple is 20mVpp (20Hz...20MHz; 50Ω), and electrical durability is rated at 114000 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, 148000 hours at 40°C with a 5A output and 24Vdc input, and 380000 hours at 25°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input.
