Red Lion PXU21DE0 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. This controller, part of the PXU PID controllers series, features a logic/S.S.R. control output and a secondary relay control output, with dimensions conforming to 1/4 DIN standards (W96mm x H96mm / 3.77" x 3.77"). It offers an IP65 NEMA 4X degree of protection and requires a 24Vdc supply voltage. The PXU21DE0 supports a 10Hz analog input sampling rate and utilizes RS-485 for communication. It includes 1 x digital output (S.S.R.), 1 x digital output (contact type) for secondary control, and 2 x analog inputs supporting various signal types including 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-50mVdc, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, multiple thermocouple types (T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, L, U, TXK), RTD, with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy, plus an additional analog input for remote setpoint. The controller also features heater current monitoring and 1 x digital input for user input.
