CD10.241 Puls DC/DC Converters

PULS CD10.241 is a power supply unit designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring an aluminium housing with dimensions of W42mm x H124mm x D117mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and supports a supply voltage range of 18Vdc to 35Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The unit provides an adjustable output voltage of 23-28Vdc, including a 250mV turn-ON overshoot, and offers a rated current of 12A at 24Vdc in temperatures up to 45°C, 10A up to 60°C, and 7.5A up to 70°C, with a power derating from 6W at 60°C to 70°C. It features a 200ms start-up delay and a 200ms rise time under nominal input with a constant full current load and 0mF load capacitance. The CD10.241 has an efficiency of 0.942 at 24Vdc 10A input and 0.937 at 24Vdc 12A input. It includes protection functions such as output overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection, back-feeding load protection, and reverse polarity protection. The unit's power dissipation/losses are 14.7W at a 24Vdc input with a 24V output load at 10A, and 6.8W at 5A. It has an output stage capacitance of 4300µF and an electrical durability ranging from 56000 hours to 844000 hours, depending on the operating conditions. The CD10.241 also features a ripple of 50mVpp (20Hz to 20MHz; 50Ω) and includes screw-clamp connections for installation.
