Pilz PILZ-G1000032 is a control station designed with a variety of features to meet diverse operational needs. It includes an emergency stop push-button with 2NC + 1NO signal contacts and LED indication, two illuminated push-buttons each with 1NO contact, and one non-illuminated push-button with 1NO contact. The control station operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and has a net height of 293 mm. Its design incorporates a 30mm head diameter and is equipped with a 12-pin M12 male connector for connectivity. Rated for a minimum contact current of 1mA and a signal output of 0.1A at 24Vdc, it ensures compatibility with various systems. The device offers an IP65 degree of protection, operates on a supply voltage range of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and features a round button shape. Constructed with a zinc housing and contacts made of silver and gold for the signal, it comes in a combination of white, green, yellow, blue, and red cap colors with red and white buttons. The net dimensions include a width and depth of 40 mm each, and it utilizes white LED lighting with a power consumption of 12W. The operating mode is turn-to-release, and it can be stored within an ambient temperature range of -25 to +70°C. It includes 4 normally open auxiliary contacts and 2 normally closed auxiliary contacts, with a mechanical durability of up to 6050 operations for the E-stop contact and 1,000,000 to 1,300,000 operations for the push-button NO contacts.
