Pilz PILZ-G1000029 is a control station designed with an emergency stop push-button and three illuminated push-buttons, each with a single normally open (1NO) contact, and a black mushroom head push-button with two normally closed (2NC) contacts. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and has a net height of 293 mm. The design features LED indication for the operating stop push-button (2NC) and three illuminated push-buttons (1NO each) with a 30mm head diameter. It has a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current) and 0.1A (24Vdc; DC-13) with a 12-pin M12 male connector for connection. The degree of protection is IP65, and it requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The control station is round, made from zinc housing with Ag contact, and comes in white/green/yellow/blue/red cap colors with black and white buttons. It has a net width and depth of 40 mm, white LED light color, and consumes 12 W of power. The operating mode is turn-to-release, and it can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. It includes three normally open (NO) auxiliary contacts and two normally closed (NC) auxiliary contacts. The mechanical durability is rated at 6050 operations for the E-stop contact, 1,000,000 operations for the push-button NO contact, and 1,300,000 operations for the B10 NO contact.
