Pilz PILZ-G1000021 is a control station designed with a focus on versatility and functionality. It features an emergency stop push-button and three illuminated push-buttons (1NO each) for various control functions, alongside a non-illuminated push-button with a blanking plate (1NC) for additional operations. The control station operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and has a net height of 293 mm. Its design includes LED indicators for the three illuminated push-buttons and one red protruding non-illuminated push-button. The head diameter is 30mm, and it supports a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current) to 0.1A (24Vdc; DC-13) with a 12-pin M12 male connector for connections. It offers an IP65 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The round buttons are made from zinc housing with Ag contact, and the caps are available in white, green, yellow, blue, and red, with red and white buttons. The net width and depth are both 40 mm, and it features white LED light with a power consumption of 12 W. The operating mode is turn-to-release, and it can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. It includes three normally open (NO) auxiliary contacts and one normally closed (NC) auxiliary contact, with mechanical durability rated at 6050 operations for the E-stop contact and 1,000,000 to 1,300,000 operations for the NO contacts.
