Pilz PILZ-G1000020 is a control station designed with multiple functionalities including an E-stop push-button and illuminated push-buttons. It features a PITreader and two illuminated push-buttons (1NO each) at positions 1 and 2 respectively, and an E-stop push-button (2NC + 1NO signal contact) at position 4. The control station operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and has a net height of 320 mm. Its design incorporates LED indication for the E-stop push-button, a PITreader plug-in connector at the bottom, and a 30mm head diameter. The rated current specifications include a minimum contact current of 1mA, 0.1A at 24Vdc for DC-13, and 0.1A at 24Vdc for signal output. Connection types include a bottom plug-in/detachable 12-pin M12 male connector and a top plug-in/detachable 4-pin M12 male connector (D-coded; 10/100 Ethernet), with a degree of protection rated at IP65. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The control station is constructed from zinc housing with Ag contact and Au signal contact, available in white/green/yellow/blue/red cap colors with red and white buttons. It measures 40 mm in both net width and depth, supports Ethernet communication protocol, and has a white LED light. Power consumption is rated at 2.88 W, and it operates in a turn-to-release mode. The ambient air temperature for storage is -25 to +70 °C. It includes 1 x digital output for the PITreader transponder semiconductor output, 3 NO auxiliary contacts, and contacts types of 2NC (E-stop) + 1NO (signal) + 2NO (illum. push-button). The response time is 10ms / 0.01 s, with mechanical durability rated at 50,000 operations for the E-stop contact and 1,000,000 to 1,300,000 operations for the push-button NO contact. Electrical durability with load for the E-stop is 6050 operations.
