Pilz PILZ-890210 is a protection unit designed for true power monitoring with a relay that supports 9 different measuring ranges. It features adjustable switching thresholds for underload and overload conditions, along with customizable monitoring reaction times and start-up suppression times. This unit is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. It has a net height of 87 mm and is capable of handling a rated current of 18A for measuring, with safety output contacts ratings ranging from 0.1A to 5A at 24Vdc (DC-1; 120W) and 240Vac (AC-1; 1200VA), and lower ratings for DC-13 and AC-15 applications. The connection is established via fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage can vary between 27.5-264.5Vac for AC and 93.5-287.5Vdc for DC, covering a wide range of nominal voltages. It belongs to the S1WP sub-range, with dimensions of 22.5mm in width, and offers a degree of protection rated at IP40. The frequency range for measurement extends up to 1kHz, and it is housed in a PPO material. This unit is designed for both single-phase and 3-phase input networks, with a rated voltage for AC and DC measuring voltage up to 550Vac/dc.
