Pilz PILZ-890165 is a protection unit designed for phase sequence monitoring relay applications. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -15 to +55°C. The unit has a net height of 87 mm and utilizes fixed screw terminal connections for secure installation. It is designed to work with a supply voltage range of 400Vac-500Vac, specifically accommodating 415Vac, 440Vac, and 480Vac nominal values, within the S1PN sub-range. The dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a depth of 121 mm, offering a compact form factor with an IP40 degree of protection. The housing is made from PPO material, ensuring durability. This model is suitable for 3-phase (3AC) input networks with a rated voltage of 400-500Vac. It has a power consumption of 8 VA and operates in a normally energized mode. For connectivity, it features 2 x auxiliary outputs (2CO changeover / 2xSPDT-NO/NC contacts) and 1 x analog input for L1-L3 voltage measurement. The protection functions include phase sequence and phase failure, ensuring the safety and proper operation of connected systems.
