Pilz PILZ-890150 is a protection unit designed for true power monitoring with a relay that supports 9 different measuring ranges. It features adjustable switching for underload and overload thresholds, along with customizable monitoring reaction time and start-up suppression time. This unit is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. It has a net height of 87 mm and is rated for an 18A measuring current. The safety output contacts ratings vary from 0.1A to 5A at 24Vdc (DC-1; 120W) and 240Vac (AC-1; 1200VA), to 0.1A-1.5A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 0.1A-1.8A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is established via fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage can range from 27.5-264.5Vac for AC and 93.5-287.5Vdc for DC, covering nominal voltages of 110Vac/120Vac/220Vac/230Vac and 110Vdc/120Vdc/220Vdc/250Vdc respectively. The S1WP sub-range model has dimensions of W22.5mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It can handle a frequency measuring range of 0-1kHz and is constructed with a PPO housing. This unit is designed for both single-phase (1AC) and 3-phase (3AC) input networks, with a rated voltage for AC measuring voltage up to 415Vac/dc. The net width and depth are 22.5 mm and 121 mm, respectively, with a power consumption of 5 VA. It is capable of storage in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C. The digital outputs include 1 x auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts) suitable for resistive loads, and it features 1 x analog input for current measurement and 1 x analog input for voltage measurement. The protection functions include underpower and overpower monitoring, complemented by 1 x analog output for voltage and current monitoring.
