Pilz PILZ-890000 is an insulation monitor designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring insulation monitoring relay, insulation monitoring, earth fault monitoring, and a test mode. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm. The device supports rated current safety output contacts ratings from 0.1A to 5A for both 24Vdc (DC-1; 120W) and 240Vac (AC-1; 1200VA), along with 1.5A for 24Vdc (DC-13) and 2A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is established via fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage ranges from 24Vac to 240Vac (with nominal voltages of 110Vac, 220Vac, 230Vac) and from 24Vdc to 240Vdc (with nominal voltages of 110Vdc, 120Vdc, 220Vdc). It belongs to the S1EN sub-range, measures 22.5mm in width, and offers a degree of protection of IP40. The housing is made of PPO material, and it can handle rated voltages up to 400Vac. The net width is 22.5 mm, and it consumes 1 W of power, with a net depth of 121 mm. Operating modes include automatic reset/manual reset and normally energized mode. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C. The device includes 1 x auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts; 0.1-5A 24Vdc 120W DC-1 or 240Vac 1200VA AC-1 resistive load), protection functions against overcurrent, and digital inputs for main voltage (42-240Vac and 24Vdc) and a reset input.
