Pilz PILZ-840415 is a protection unit designed for thermistor monitoring relay applications, featuring DIN rail mounting for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm with fixed screw terminal connections. This unit is supplied with a voltage range of 204-264Vac (240Vac nominal) and falls under the S1MN sub-range. It measures 22.5mm in width, has a degree of protection of IP40, and is constructed with a PPO housing. The power consumption is rated at 3.5 VA, and its dimensions include a net width of 22.5 mm and a net depth of 121 mm. It supports both automatic and manual reset operating modes in a normally energized configuration. The ambient air temperature for storage is specified from -40 to +85°C. It features 2 x auxiliary outputs (2CO changeover / 2xSPDT-NO/NC contacts) (12-14-11; 22-24-21) for digital outputs, 2 x analog inputs (T1-T2 measuring circuits), and includes protection functions for overheating (Thermistor). Additionally, it has 2 x reset circuit inputs (X2-X1) for digital inputs and boasts a mechanical durability of 10,000,000 operations at no load.
