Pilz PILZ-839770 is a protection unit designed for thermistor monitoring relay applications, featuring DIN rail mounting for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm. The unit offers fixed screw terminal connections and supports a supply voltage range of 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), belonging to the S1MN sub-range. With dimensions of W22.5mm and a degree of protection rated at IP40, it is housed in a PPO material casing. The PILZ-839770 has a net width of 22.5 mm, a depth of 121 mm, and consumes 2 W of power. It features an operating mode that allows for automatic reset or manual reset in a normally energized mode. The unit is designed to withstand ambient air temperatures for storage between -40 and +85°C. It includes 2 x auxiliary outputs (2CO changeover / 2xSPDT-NO/NC contacts) for digital outputs, 2 x analog inputs (T1-T2 measuring circuits) for monitoring, and offers protection functions against overheating with its thermistor. Additionally, it has 2 x reset circuit inputs (X2-X1) for digital inputs and boasts a mechanical durability of 10 million operations at no load.
