Pilz PILZ-839425 is a protection unit designed for thermistor monitoring relay applications, featuring thermistor monitoring as its main function. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This unit has a net height of 87 mm and is designed with an automatic reset function. It utilizes fixed screw terminal connections for secure installation and requires a supply voltage of 340-440Vac (400Vac nominal). The S1MS sub-range model comes with dimensions of W22.5mm and offers a degree of protection rated at IP40. The housing is made from PPO material, ensuring durability, with a net width of 22.5 mm and a net depth of 121 mm. Its power consumption is rated at 3.5 VA. The operating mode is set to automatic reset, normally energized mode. For connectivity, it includes 2 x auxiliary outputs (2CO changeover / 2xSPDT-NO/NC contacts) (12-14-11; 22-24-21) and 2 x analog inputs (T1-T2 measuring circuits). The protection functions are specifically designed for overheating protection, utilizing thermistors.
