Pilz PILZ-837305 is a protection unit designed for 3-phase voltage monitoring, including overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring functions. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -15 to +55°C. The unit has a net height of 87 mm and supports safety output contacts ratings from 0.1A to 5A at 240Vac (AC-1; 1200VA) and 2A at 230Vac (AC-15), with fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirement is 195.5-253Vac (230Vac nominal) under the S3UM sub-range, with dimensions of W22.5mm and a degree of protection rated at IP40. It operates across a frequency range of 40-400Hz, encased in a PPO housing, and is designed for a 3-phase (3AC) input network with a 230Vac rated measuring voltage. The net width and depth are 22.5 mm and 122 mm, respectively, with a power consumption of 1.5 W. Operating modes include fault latching/non-latching and normally energized/de-energized modes, with an ambient air temperature range for storage between -40 and +85°C. It features 1 x delayed auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts; 0.1-5A 240Vac AC-1 resistive load; 0.5-10s time-delay selectable) for digital outputs, 1 x analog input for L1-L3 voltage measurement, and protection functions against undervoltage, overvoltage, phase sequence, phase failure, and asymmetry.
