Pilz PILZ-828030 is a protection unit designed for current monitoring relay applications, featuring DIN rail mounting for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -15 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm. This unit supports a rated current from 0.01 to 15A for measuring current and utilizes fixed screw terminal connections. It is supplied with a voltage range of 110Vac to 127Vac (120Vac nominal) under the sub-range name S1IM. The dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a degree of protection rated at IP40, with a frequency measuring range of 40-400Hz. Constructed with a PPO housing, it is designed for single-phase (1AC) input networks and has a net width of 22.5 mm. The power consumption is minimal at 2 VA, and the net depth is 121 mm. It offers versatile operating modes including fault latching/non-latching and normally energized/de-energized modes. The ambient air temperature for storage extends from -40 to +85°C. It features 1 x auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts) for digital outputs, and protection functions against overcurrent. Digital inputs include 1 x latching/non-latching input, 1 x energized/de-energized mode input, and 1 x measuring range input for enhanced flexibility in application.
