Pilz PILZ-828020 is a protection unit designed for current monitoring relay applications, featuring DIN rail mounting for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -15 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm. This unit is capable of measuring currents ranging from 0.01 to 15A and offers fixed screw terminal connections. The S1IM sub-range model comes with dimensions of W22.5mm x D121 mm, and it is protected by an IP40 degree enclosure. It requires a 24Vdc supply voltage and can measure frequencies between 40 and 400Hz. The housing is made of PPO material, and it is designed for single-phase (1AC) input networks with a net width of 22.5 mm. Its power consumption is minimal at 1 W. The operating modes include fault latching or non-latching, normally energized mode, or normally de-energized mode. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C. The unit features 1 x auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts) for digital outputs, and its protection functions include overcurrent. Digital inputs consist of 1 x latching/non-latching input, 1 x energized/de-energized mode input, and 1 x measuring range input for versatile application.
