Pilz PILZ-827250 is a single-phase voltage monitoring relay designed for DIN rail mounting, ensuring compatibility with standard industrial setups. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -15 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm. This protection unit features measuring inputs that are not polarity-sensitive and offers safety output contacts ratings ranging from 0.1A to 5A at 240Vac (AC-1; 1200VA) and 2A at 230Vac (AC-15). It is equipped with fixed screw terminal connections and requires a supply voltage of 93.5-143Vac (110Vac / 120Vac nominal) within the S1UM sub-range. The device measures 22.5mm in width, has a degree of protection of IP40, and operates across a frequency range of 0.4-400Hz. Constructed with a PPO housing, it is designed for single-phase (1AC) input networks and can handle a rated voltage of 0.1-500Vac/dc (adjustable measuring voltage). The net width is 22.5 mm, and it has a power consumption of 2 VA, with a net depth of 121 mm. The operating modes include fault latching or non-latching and normally energized or de-energized modes. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C. The unit features 1 x auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts; 0.1-5A 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and is equipped with digital inputs for de-energized mode (Y1-Y2) and latching (Y3). Its protection functions guard against overvoltage, with a response time of 0.1-10 seconds.
