Pilz PILZ-787588 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel safety relay contact expansion module applications. It features instantaneous contact expansion and is capable of monitoring light beam devices of type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. The net height of the relay is 101 mm, and it supports rated currents for safety output contacts at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The PILZ-787588 belongs to the PZE X4.1P sub-range, with dimensions of W22.5mm x H101mm x D121mm, and offers a degree of protection of IP40. The supply voltage required is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and the housing is made of PPO with an ABS front. The net width is 22.5 mm, and it has a power consumption of 2.5 W.
