Pilz PILZ-787580 is a safety relay designed as a single-channel contact expansion module featuring delayed contact expansion with an ON-delay de-energization timer. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This part has a net height of 101 mm and supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. As part of the PZE X4VP sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, offers an IP40 degree of protection, and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and it has a net width of 22.5 mm and a depth of 121 mm. Power consumption is rated at 2.5 W. Operating in single-channel mode, it features 4 x delayed safety outputs (4NO / 4xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load; 1s fixed time-delay) and includes 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 95mA) and 1 x feedback loop input (SPST with 2NC contacts in series) (Y1-Y2).
