Pilz PILZ-787542 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, and limit switch monitoring. It features a monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -10 to +55°C. This model has a net height of 101 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). It offers plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections and supports a supply voltage of 20.4-264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nom.) and 20.4-264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nom.). The PNOZ XV2.1P sub-range product has dimensions of W90mm x D121mm, an IP40 degree of protection, and is constructed from PPO housing with an ABS front. It consumes 5W of power and features 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 2 x delayed safety outputs with a time-delay selection ranging from 0.3s to 300s. The relay also includes 2 x digital inputs, 1 x start input, and 1 x reset input, accommodating a variety of monitoring and control functions for safety applications.
