Pilz PILZ-787520 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with features including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4 devices. It supports monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The operating ambient air temperature range is -10 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 101 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. It falls under the PNOZ XV3.1P sub-range, with dimensions of 90mm width, 121mm depth, and an IP40 degree of protection. The supply voltage is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), housed in PPO with an ABS front, and has a power consumption of 4.5 W. The operating modes include single-channel operation without redundancy, dual-channel operation with and without detection of shorts across contacts, automatic start, and monitored start. It features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs, 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, and 2 x delayed safety outputs with a selectable time delay. The protection functions include 2 operating modes, and it has 2 x digital inputs, 1 x start input, and 1 x reset input.
