Pilz PILZ-774606 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with functions including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4 devices. It features a monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -10 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 87 mm and offers rated current safety output contacts ratings of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is established via fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirements are 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) for AC and DC inputs, respectively. It belongs to the PNOZ X9 sub-range and measures 90mm in width with an IP40 degree of protection. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the unit has a net width of 90 mm and a depth of 121 mm. Power consumption is rated at 11 VA. Operating modes include single-channel operation without redundancy, dual-channel operation with and without detection of shorts across contacts, automatic start, manual start, and monitored start. It features 7 x instantaneous safety outputs and 2 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs, plus 2 x auxiliary semiconductor outputs (24Vdc; 20mA). Protection functions accommodate 2 operating modes, and it also includes 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 50mA) and 1 x start input.
