Pilz PILZ-774192 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring type 2 (with or without test pulse). It features a monitored manual reset, start-up testing with AND input and OR input, and a self-test function. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It has a net height of 94 mm, is designed for evaluation device safety sensors, and has a rated current of 1.5A. The connection type is plug-in/detachable screw terminals, belonging to the sub-range name PNOZ e5.13p. Dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection of IP40. The supply voltage is 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.), and it is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing. The operating mode includes dual-channel operation with a redundant input circuit, detection of earth faults in the input and start circuit, automatic start, and monitored start.
