Pilz PILZ-774133 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with features including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4. It supports ON-delay de-energization timer, delayed E-STOP monitoring, monitored manual reset, and start-up testing with AND input and OR input. This part is equipped for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It has a net height of 94 mm, a rated current of 2A, and utilizes plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. The PNOZ e1vp sub-range part measures 22.5mm in width, has a depth of 121 mm, and offers a degree of protection of IP40. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing. The operating modes include options for single-channel operation without redundancy in the input circuit and dual-channel operation with redundant input circuits. It features automatic and monitored start modes, with the ability to prevent automatic restarting after a power failure. The relay can increase the number of available contacts by connecting to contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. It provides digital outputs including 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, 1 x instantaneous safety output, 1 x delayed safety output with a selectable time delay, and 2 x test pulse outputs. The protection functions accommodate 2 operating modes for detecting or not detecting shorts across contacts. Digital inputs comprise 1 x digital input, 2 x logic inputs, 1 x feedback input, 1 x start input, and 1 x self-monitoring input.
