Pilz PILZ-774081 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm, and it supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirements are 195.5-264Vac (230Vac / 240Vac nominal) for AC and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) for DC. Part of the PNOZ 11 sub-range, it measures 90mm in width, has an IP40 degree of protection, and is constructed from PPO housing with an ABS front housing. The net width is 90 mm, power consumption is 9 VA, and the net depth is 121 mm. Its operating modes include options for automatic, manual, and monitored start, with the possibility to increase the number of available contacts through external modules. It features 7 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, plus 2 x auxiliary outputs (semiconductor outputs) and 2 x digital inputs for comprehensive safety and control.
