Pilz PILZ-774066 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate, instantaneous E-STOP, limit switch, pressure sensitive edge, and mat monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting, operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C, and has a net height of 87 mm. The safety output contacts are rated at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 6A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15), with fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirements are 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), belonging to the PNOZ 16S sub-range. Dimensions include a width of 45mm, a degree of protection IP40, and a depth of 121 mm. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the power consumption is 3.5 VA. Operating modes include detection of earth faults, shorts across contacts, and automatic or manual start. It supports an increase in the number of available contacts through external modules. Digital outputs consist of 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 2 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs, with protection functions that include detection of shorts across contacts. Digital inputs feature 2 x digital inputs, 1 x feedback input, and 1 x start input.
