Pilz PILZ-774061 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate, instantaneous E-STOP, limit switch, pressure sensitive edge, and mat monitoring. It offers DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm, a width of 45 mm, and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It features fixed screw terminal connections and supports a supply voltage of 195.5-253Vac (230Vac nominal) or 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The safety output contacts are rated at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 6A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the power consumption is 3.5 VA. It includes 2 x instantaneous safety outputs, 2 x digital inputs, 1 x feedback input, and 1 x start input, with protection functions against shorts across contacts and various operating modes including automatic and manual start, as well as operation with pressure sensitive mats.
