Pilz PILZ-774041 is a single-channel safety relay designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring a safe pulsing timer. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm. The safety output contacts are rated at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 3A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 4A for 230Vac (AC-15). This part uses fixed screw terminal connections and belongs to the PZW sub-range. With dimensions of W45mm x D121mm and a net width of 45 mm, it offers an IP40 degree of protection. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.), and it is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing. The power consumption is rated at 3 W. It operates in a single-channel mode and includes digital outputs: 1 x pulsing safety outputs (1NO / SPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load; time-delay selectable between 0.05s and 3s) and 1 x pulsing safety output (2NC / 2xSPST-NC; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load; time-delay selectable between 0.05s and 3s). Additionally, it features 1 x safety input (24Vdc; 50mA) and 1 x feedback loop input (Y1-Y2), with a time delay range of 0-3s (pulsating).
