Pilz PILZ-774029 is a single-channel safety relay designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring an ON-delay energization pulse timer. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm. The safety output contacts are rated at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 3A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 4A for 230Vac (AC-15). This model offers fixed screw terminal connections and belongs to the PZA sub-range. With dimensions of W45mm x D121mm and a net width of 45 mm, it provides an IP40 degree of protection. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and it consumes 3W of power. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front. Its operating mode is single-channel, featuring 1 x delayed safety output (1NO / SPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; with a 0-30s time-delay selectable in increments from 3s to 30s) and 2 x delayed auxiliary outputs (2NC / 2xSPST-NC each made of 1 N.C.; with the same time-delay options). Additionally, it includes 1 x safety input (24Vdc; 50mA) and 1 x feedback loop input (Y1-Y2).
