Pilz PILZ-774026 is a safety relay designed for single-channel operation with an ON-delay energization pulse timer. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm and is rated for safety output contacts at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 3A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 4A at 230Vac (AC-15). It features fixed screw terminal connections and belongs to the PZA sub-range. The dimensions include a width of 45mm and a depth of 121mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and it has a power consumption of 3W. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, ensuring compatibility with various industrial environments. The operating mode is single-channel, with digital outputs including 1 x delayed safety output (1NO / SPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; with a selectable time-delay between 0-600s) and 2 x delayed auxiliary outputs (2NC / 2xSPST-NC each made of 1 N.C.; with a selectable time-delay between 0-600s).
