Pilz PILZ-773104 is a safety controller designed as a configurable safety base unit or safe small controller. It features airgap creepage distances of 3mm between relay contacts and 5.5mm between relay contacts and other circuits. The unit offers potential isolation with protective separation, having a rated surge voltage of 2500V between SC output and system voltage, and 6000V between relay output and system voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting (35mmx7.5mm; horizontal) and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C without forced convection and up to +55°C. The controller has a net height of 94mm, a rated current of 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and lower ratings for other specific conditions. Connection types include plug-in/detachable screw or spring-loaded terminals with specified stripping lengths. It falls under the base unit sub-range, measures 27mm in width, and offers an IP20 degree of protection. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc.
