Pilz PILZ-772036 is a safety controller that functions as a configurable safety base unit or safe small controller. It supports various loads including inductive, capacitive, and resistive with potential isolation between SC output and system voltage featuring basic insulation and a rated insulation voltage of 30V, as well as a rated surge voltage of 2500V. Designed for DIN rail mounting, it accommodates rails of 35mmx7.5mm (top hat) and 27mm (recess width). The unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C without forced convection and up to +55°C. It has a net height of 101.4 mm and is expandable (device code 0060h). Time delays for input pulse suppression, maximum input delay, and switch-off semiconductor output delay are specified, alongside power dissipation/losses, processing times, and a voltage drop for the semiconductor output.
