Pilz PILZ-760100 is a protection unit designed for true power monitoring and measurement, with limit values that can be adjusted via a display and stored on a chip card. It supports DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The unit has a net height of 100 mm and accommodates a rated current of 1A-12A for measuring, with safety output contacts ratings of 0.1A-5A at 24Vdc (DC-1; 120W), 0.1A-5A at 240Vac (AC-1; 1200VA), 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The supply voltage ranges from 19.2-264Vac, covering 24Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal values, and from 19.2-264Vdc, covering 24Vdc, 110Vdc, 120Vdc, 220Vdc, and 250Vdc nominal values. It falls under the PMD s10 sub-range, with dimensions of W45mm x D120mm, and offers an IP40 degree of protection. The housing is made of PC material, and it is suitable for both single-phase (1AC) and 3-phase (3AC) input networks, with a rated voltage of 100-550Vac/dc for measuring voltage. The net width is 45 mm, and it consumes 3 W of power. Operating modes include fault latching/non-latching, automatic/manual reset, and normally energized/de-energized modes. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +85°C. The unit features 2 x auxiliary outputs (2CO changeover / 2xSPDT-NO/NC contacts; 0.1-5A 24Vdc 120W DC-1 or 240Vac 1200VA AC-1 resistive load), 1 x analog input for single-phase or 3-phase voltage measurement, and protection functions against overpower, overcurrent, and undercurrent. It also includes a link terminal and a measuring circuit for digital inputs, and 1 x analog output for voltage and current measurement.
