Pilz PILZ-751601 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with functionalities including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4, with or without test pulse. It supports monitored manual reset, start-up testing, and self-test features. This model is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It has rated current safety output contacts ratings of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections, belonging to the PNOZ s4 sub-range. Dimensions are W22.5mm, with a degree of protection of IP40. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), housed in a PC material with a power consumption of 2.5 W. It features various operating modes including automatic start, manual start, and monitored start with both falling and rising edge detection. It allows for the increase in the number of available instantaneous safety contacts by connecting contact expander modules or external contactors/relays. Digital outputs include 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO / 3xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in series). It offers 2 operating modes for protection functions and includes 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 50mA) and 1 x reset/start input.
