Pilz PILZ-750701 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with features including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4, with or without test pulse. It supports monitored manual reset, start-up testing, and self-test functionalities. This model is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It offers safety output contacts ratings of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15), with plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. The PILZ-750701, part of the PNOZ s4 sub-range, measures W22.5mm and has an IP40 degree of protection. It requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), is housed in a PC material, and has a power consumption of 2.5 W. Its operating modes include single-channel operation without redundancy, dual-channel operation with and without detection of shorts across contacts, automatic start, manual start, and monitored start with both falling and rising edge. The unit can increase the number of available instantaneous safety contacts by connecting to a PNOZsigma contact expansion module. It features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, alongside 2 operating modes for protection functions, and accepts 2 x digital inputs plus 1 x reset/start input.
