Pilz PILZ-750103 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with features including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4 devices. It supports monitored manual reset, start-up testing, and self-test functionalities. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It has a net height of 98 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is plug-in/detachable screw terminals, belonging to the PNOZ s4 sub-range. Dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a depth of 120 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), housed in a PC material. Power consumption is rated at 2.5 W. It features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, plus 1 x auxiliary output (semiconductor output), with 2 x digital inputs and 1 x reset/start input.
