Pilz PILZ-632369 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, detecting opaque objects as small as 30mm. This receiver part of the system operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and offers a protective height of 1800mm. It features a robust design with an aluminium housing, zinc end cap, and a PC front screen, ensuring durability. The connection is facilitated through 5-pin M12 connectors for both emitter and receiver parts. Part of the PSEN opII4H sub-range, it has dimensions of 1804mm in height, 35mm in width, and 40mm in depth, with a degree of protection rated at IP65. The device operates on a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and has a maximum power consumption of 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. It offers a sensing distance operating range of 0.2m to 18m with infrared LED light at a wavelength of 850 nm. The light curtain also features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 12.3ms with beam coding and 22.3ms. The maximum cable length is 50m, and it is designed to withstand storage temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C.
