Pilz PILZ-632367 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 30mm. This robust type receiver part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and offers a protective height of 1350mm. It features a 5-pin M12 connector for both emitter and receiver, falling under the PSEN opII4H sub-range. With dimensions of 1354mm in height, 35mm in width, and 40mm in depth, it is encased in an aluminium housing with zinc end caps and a PC front screen, ensuring a degree of protection rated at IP65. The device operates on a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and supports a maximum cable length of 50m. It offers a sensing distance ranging from 0.2m to 18m with infrared LED light at a wavelength of 850 nm. Power consumption is maxed at 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. Additionally, it features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 10.4ms with beam coding and 22.3ms without. The device is also designed to withstand storage temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C.
