Pilz PILZ-632133 is a safety light curtain designed for body protection, capable of detecting opaque objects with a size of 300mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and has a net height of 754 mm. This model, part of the PSEN opII4B sub-range, features a robust design with an emitter and receiver pair, both equipped with a 5-pin M12 connector. It offers a protective height of 750mm and is rated with a degree of protection IP65, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The supply voltage required for operation is 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc. The housing is made of aluminium, with zinc end caps and a PC front screen, ensuring durability. It supports a maximum cable length of 50m and has a net width of 35 mm. The sensing distance ranges from 10m to 55m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm. Power consumption is maximized at 1.5 W for the emitter and 2.5 W for the receiver without load. The net depth of the unit is 40 mm. It can store in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C and includes 2 digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs. The response time is 5.2ms with beam coding and 11.7ms without, and it has a resolution of 300mm for body protection.
