Pilz PILZ-632105 is a safety light curtain designed for body protection, capable of detecting opaque objects with a minimum size of 170mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and offers a protective height of 1200mm. This robust type emitter and receiver pair is part of the PSEN opII3B sub-range and features a 5-pin M12 connector for both the emitter and receiver. The device is housed in aluminium with zinc end caps and a PC front screen, ensuring durability. It has dimensions of 1204mm in height, 35mm in width, and 40mm in depth. The PILZ-632105 operates on a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and has a maximum power consumption of 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. It offers a sensing distance of 0.2m to 15m and utilizes infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm. The device is IP65 rated, indicating protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. It also features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 5.2ms with beam coding and 11.7ms. The maximum cable length supported is 50m.
