Pilz PILZ-632083 Pilz PILZ-632083 is a safety light curtain designed for finger protection, capable of detecting 14mm opaque objects across a sensing distance of 0.2m to 8m. This emitter and receiver pair is housed in aluminium with zinc end caps and a PC front screen, ensuring durability within an ambient air temperature range for operation of -10 to +60 °C. It features a 5-pin M12 connector for both the emitter and receiver, fitting within the PSEN opII4F sub-range. The device offers a protective height of 750mm and a net height of 754mm, with dimensions including a net width of 35mm and a net depth of 40mm. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and has a maximum power consumption of 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. The light curtain emits infrared LED light at a wavelength of 850 nm and includes two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs. It is designed with an IP65 degree of protection and can accommodate up to 50m of cable length.
