Pilz PILZ-630767 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 30mm across an emitter and receiver pair. It features a net height of 1883.3 mm and is part of the Basic sub-range, with a protective height of 1800mm. The device offers both manual and automatic restart functions, an External Device Monitoring (EDM) Reset, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55 °C. It is equipped with a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver, ensuring secure connections. The PILZ-630767 is housed in painted aluminium with a PC cap and a PMMA front screen, colored yellow, and has a net width of 32.3 mm and a depth of 36.9 mm. It supports a sensing distance from 0.2m to 19m with an infrared LED light source at a wavelength of 950 nm. The device's power consumption is max 2.5 W for the emitter and max 3.5 W for the receiver without load, featuring 96 beams with a 30mm beam gap. It offers two digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs, has a response time of 28ms, and operates with a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The degree of protection is IP65, suitable for various environments, and it can accommodate a maximum cable length of 50m. The ambient air temperature for storage ranges from -25 to +70 °C.
