PILZ-630765 Pilz Safety Light Curtains

Pilz PILZ-630765 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 30mm across an emitter and receiver pair. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and offers a net height of 1433.2 mm. This unit is part of the Basic sub-range and features a protective height of 1350mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP65. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The housing is made of painted aluminium with a PC cap and PMMA front screen, presented in yellow. The maximum cable length is 50m, and it has a net width of 32.3 mm. Its sensing distance spans from 0.2m to 19m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 950 nm. Power consumption is max 2.5 W for the emitter and max 3.5 W for the receiver without load. The device features 72 beams with a 30mm beam gap, a net depth of 36.9 mm, and offers two digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) from the receiver OSSD outputs. Its response time is 23ms, and it is equipped with a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver. The ambient air temperature for storage is rated between -25 and +70°C.
